Terry Wackly, CEO - 5.19 Oilfield Services
Terry Wackly has over twenty years of leadership and consulting experience in the ground logistics and government services industries. Since 2002 Terry has assumed increasingly complex roles in the federal sector with the Department of Homeland Security. Terry is a 2009 graduate of the Federal Executive Leadership Program- A curriculum which accepts fewer than 180 candidates per year.
During his federal career Terry has been involved in managing several high profile court-ordered federal immigration benefit programs. Terry has been the team lead in DHS initiatives which investigated and provided material support to several successful multi-state immigration fraud and internal officer misconduct prosecutions. Most recently Terry was the Director of Quality, Analysis and Integrity for the U.S.Citizenship and Immigration Service. In this role he managed the Agency’s performance management, quality control and data reporting divisions.

Troy Selland, COO - 5.19 Oilfield Services
Troy Selland has over fifteen years of leadership and consulting experience in the commercial airline, ground logistics, and oil and gas sectors. Troy honed his international leadership skills with postings in Australia, South Korea, Canada, Singapore, Qatar, Iraq and the U.A.E. Troy has a B.S. from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in Operations Management. Troy also has an M.B.A. in International Aviation Management from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada (formerly the IATA M.B.A. Programme – a concept now co-taught at Stanford and Harvard Universities in the USA).
